  I've been searching for a great doctor for a while and I am so glad that I came across Dr. Chitakki and her staff. I am able to call and get last minute appointments when needed, she doesn't overbook (most of the time I am the only person in the waiting room) and she doesn't leave you waiting for her in the exam rooms. She is personable, listens, and gives great explanations on what she is doing and why. Major plus that she will do blood work in her office for an additional charge (I believe $15) but it beats waiting at LabCorps.

  My experience with Dr Chitakki began over 15 years. I was having trouble with a cold and went to her former primary care facility. She happened to be assigned my case. My blood pressure was high and I tried to convince her it was the cold medicine that was causing my pressure to be high. Needless to say, my condition was chronic. I have been with her ever since. When she told me she was starting her own practice I said to her let me know when and where and I will follow her. Well, I was her first patient at her new practice. She is the most caring physician I have ever had. She takes the time to ask how am I really doing. Her staff have always greeted me with warmth and smiles. I have seen Monica through many hairstyles and DrChitakki through her pregnancy with her son. If you are looking for a rewarding long term relationship with your doctor, please consider making Dr Chittaki your primary physician. She also has a great network of speciality doctors when referrals are necessary. I needed a OBGYN for a health challenge and DrChitakki referred me to the best surgeon. Her office is welcoming and I have never had to wait to be seen. For each of my appointments she makes a point to be punctual because she cares about her patients time.
