- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor customer service. Had an appointment, which was cancelled due to the doctor having surgery afternoon of Dec. 16. No problem, understood. Based on a telephone message that was left about calling to reschedule, my spouse called and an appointment was set up for Dec. 15 at 11:30am. Was on time on December 15 only to be told by the front desk female staff that a message was left for me about rescheduling December 16 appt. I said that my wife called and got an appointment for December 15 instead. I got frustrated and immediately left and determined to myself never to return.
