- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For some reason MAIF has been showing up as my primary MEDICAL insurance with medicare. It is showing a car accident where I was hit by another driver (then made to pay by means of 'uninsured driver' even though all of the driver's insurance information was provided and confirmed, but she wouldn't answer the phone so...) The case is showing as open and needs to be shown as closed and Maif needs to confirm that they are not my medical provider. I and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services have been trying to resolve this problem with Maif sine 9/2015 by means of phone, email and letter. No one will respond leaving me unable to see doctors. I have cancer and am disabled. I have no idea what else to do.
