  The waiting area was clean and professional looking. I didn't have to wait long before getting called to the back. I brought my 17 year old daughter in for a softball injury. Luckily, nothing was broken but there was definitely some serious pain, swelling and bruising. After spending 2 hours there, the Dr's just RECOMMENDED over the counter tylenol. Now I'm not saying we needed morphine and I get that there is a serious prescription drug problem but not everyone is a like that and that certainly isn't us. She stayed in pain all day. Tylenol is for MINOR pain. There are people at there who abuse things, and then there are people out there who get punished for others' abuse of things. I don't know how the doctor came to the conclusion that myself and/or my daughter was the former but something needs to happen. I didn't pay all that money AND take time off work to get a recommendation of tylenol. And then get a another charge out of the blue 2 weeks later with not so much as a receipt or acknowledgement that there would be more charges.
